This book is fantastic if you have a failing small business and can’t figure out why all the big businesses keep taking your share of the market. This book has given me great insight to business systems & creating a successfull business. I feel the best way to describe this book is that it really should be an essential guide for every small business. If you’re new to business and are about to start your own business then you must read this book. I say this because, this book could have saved me much grief of starting a new business when I started my business many years ago.
